Most people I've met have some degree of social anxiety - we'd all like to be the person who is completely comfortable walking into a room full of people, but the reality is that this ability is extremely rare. Why beat yourself up about feelings of anxiety that are so completely normal?
The following social discomforts are very common, most of us feel them at some time or other. So check them out, and acknowledge that it's ok to feel them! Then check in - if any (or all) are really impacting your ability to function well in society, then it may be time to do a little work on yourself.
