Everyone is different so I find myself taking a bit of this and a bit of that from each program to get people to where they need to go.  Whatever your goal is, I will tailor a program to your particular needs




1 Hour Session

In your 1 Hour Intro Coaching Session we'll be getting you crystal clear on what it is you really want, strategies you'll need to get there, & the possible preventions, blockages or resistances that may hold you back.

It's an opportunity to find out if coaching is for you, and if we are the right match to work together.

I only work with people committed to their own growth, goals & change, so there will be no 'hard sell' after your session - you will be able to decide without obligation if you'd like to invest in yourself further.


10 x 1 Hour Sessions over 6 Months

When you just don't know where to begin and need a bit of everything!  Together we'll look at every area of your life & target change where most needed.

Starting with clarity around what you truly want & why, we'll then address the resistances & blockages holding you back, & keep you to a targeted plan for results.

5 x 1 Hour Sessions over 3 Months

At some point in your career you'll hit a 'What am I doing & is this what I really want to do?' moment.  That's normal.

But for most, figuring out their true direction is a challenge.

We'll uncover what you want to do, tools & strategies to overcome the fear holding you back, & get you moving forward.

You'll also learn great tools & strategies to cope with any challenges in your current workplace.


10 x 1 Hour Sessions over 6 Months

This is a powerfully emotional area of life, & one where our strongest beliefs play out.  We'll uncover the beliefs sabotaging your success, & look at how your psychology is affecting your results.  You'll learn amazing 'filtering' processes that change your outcomes, & how to change your energy & attraction.  I'll also show you all the hidden ways to get targeted results from dating sites & apps.

10 x 1 Hour Sessions over 6 Months

Many people second-guess & doubt themselves, & even sabotage their lives due to a deep belief that 'I'm not good enough'.

In this program we'll do discovery on what your specific limiting beliefs are & undertake release work.  You'll learn specific mindset, thinking & emotional management strategies to change your feelings & behaviours, & we'll 'rebuild' your identity/self-image in a way that is empowering & healthy.


5 or 10 x 1 Hour Sessions over 12 Months

There are two programs available:
The first suits people transitioning into management & through to middle level managers, plus business owners or start ups, who will need personal growth, tools & strategies and or practical management training & advice.

The second is for higher level Executives, up to C-Level.
These two programs are run by Simon Wilkins, a highly experienced ex-CEO & manager, who is a brilliant mentor & coach, and will make you feel immediately comfortable as you tackle your management & business challenges together.


10 x 1 Hour Sessions over 6 Months

We're going to get stuck into your beliefs around health & look at your triggers and patterns, & how your psychology may be working against you.  You'll learn how to harness emotional motivation & use it to direct your actions.  We'll examine all aspects of health in your life, break them down into manageable changes, build a plan & hold you accountable to your results.  You'll also broaden your knowledge about living naturally & the hidden hazards of modern living.


10 x 1 Hour Sessions over 6 Months

This can hit you in your relationships, your job, your business, socially, or for no reason at all.

We'll identify what triggers you & how, design new responses, look at underlying causes & beliefs contributing to your feelings, & teach you incredible strategies & tools to cope.

We'll also look at overall health as a contributor.


Book as you need

Try an Intro Session first to see how you like coaching, then just book in for a 'top up' session whenever you feel you need it.

This option is good if you feel generally on track but just need to re-focus regularly, or to discuss a very specific small problem.

A 5 or 10 session program is more cost effective than booking singly, but talk to me about your options at your Intro Session.
