Social anxiety is such a common trait amongst both men AND women.  Don't be fooled by people who look confident - they are quailing inside like everyone else!  As a Life Coach, 90% of my clients cite social anxiety as a major factor that they'd like to overcome.  Dealing with it is a growth process - learning more about yourself, understanding your strengths, learning strategies to cope.  But entirely achievable.  Start with these simple tips.
